  7. I’d have to say that CSS is much harder than table, and I don’t have much experience either way to make me prejudiced. I created my first web page about 6 weeks ago and picked up tables easily (I last programmed 20 years ago in Fortran and Basic). Then I picked up a template done entirely in CSS – actually, one of yours off of Blogger.com. 6 weeks later, I’m still having trouble making it all work. Tables takes me a few minutes; CSS takes me easily 10 times as long.
